iProply Agent Mobile App

• This section explains how the iProply Agent mobile application ("the App") — the companion app for real estate agents using iProply — collects and uses information. It supplements the policy above.

Information the App collects

• Account information: your name, email address, and password, used to sign you in to your agent account
• Profile information: your phone number, brokerage, license details, bio, service areas, and profile photo, which you provide and can edit in the App
• Photos: images you choose to take or upload for your listings and profile
• Device notification token: a push-notification identifier provided by Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, used only to deliver notifications to your device

Business information shown in the App

• To help you respond to opportunities, the App displays inquiry and lead details submitted through the iProply platform, which may include a prospective client's name, phone number, email, and message
• This information is provided to you as the agent responsible for it; you agree to handle it lawfully and only for legitimate real-estate purposes

How we use this information

• To authenticate you and provide the App's features (listings, inquiries, leads, and profile)
• To send you push notifications about new inquiries, new leads, and when your listing is approved and goes live. You can turn notification categories on or off in the App's settings, and disable notifications entirely in your device settings
• To let you contact clients (call, text, email) and share or map your listings using your device's built-in apps

Permissions the App may request

• Camera and Photos/Storage — only when you choose to take or select a listing or profile photo
• Notifications — to display push alerts
• Internet access — to connect to iProply's services
• The App does not access your device location; map directions use the listing's address only

Third-party services

• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivers push notifications and processes your device notification token. See Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Google Maps — if you tap "Directions" or "Open in Maps," the listing address opens in Google Maps, subject to Google's terms
• The App contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs

How we protect your information

• All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Your sign-in session is stored in your device's secure storage, and App data is accessible only to your authenticated account

Data retention and deletion

• We retain your agent information for as long as your account is active. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account and associated data at any time via our Contact page or by emailing privacy@iproply.com
• Signing out of the App revokes that device's session
• Agents can delete their account at any time at iproply.com/delete-account or from the Delete Account option in their profile

Children

• The App is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed to children

• We may update this section from time to time; the "Last updated" date below reflects the latest revision
